Track your Unipuzzles order
Find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Follow the tracking link in that email, or copy the number and enter it on 17TRACK, an external tracking service.
No tracking number or no recent update?
Email support@unipuzzles.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If you already have a tracking number, include it so we can check the shipment.
Processing and transit are separate stages. See our shipping summary and Shipping Policy for the published estimates. Customs processing may add time; an estimated delivery window is not a guaranteed date.
Request an order change
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
