Unipuzzles is operated by UNIPUZZLES TRADING CO. LTD, registered in Hong Kong. Orders ship from mainland China. Company registration location and dispatch location are different.
Preparation before dispatch
- In-stock products: usually prepared for dispatch in about 1 day.
- Personalized products: usually require 2–3 days for preparation.
These are preparation estimates, not delivery promises. Transit time starts after dispatch and must be added when planning your order.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard shipping for orders under US$40: US$6.99; estimated transit time 9–12 business days.
- VIP express shipping for orders under US$40, where available: US$9.99; estimated transit time 5–9 business days.
- Orders of US$40 or more: free standard shipping; estimated transit time 9–12 business days.
