Refund Policy
At Unipuzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a formal return.
1. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To ensure your return is accepted, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- Must be in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- Must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.
- Must be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Start a Return Process
Returns must be sent exclusively to the designated warehouse address provided by our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return will not be accepted.

Immediate Inspection Required: Please check your order upon reception. Contact us instantly if an item is defective, damaged, or completely wrong so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: The fastest path to getting what you want is to return your original item. Once that return is officially accepted, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the new item.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain classifications of items are completely exempt from returns:
- Custom Products: Specialized orders or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Clearance & Assets: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the policies outlined above, if the merchandise is being dispatched into the European Union, you possess the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason whatsoever, without justification. The item must still adhere strictly to our standard condition and packaging requirements stated in Section 1.
7. Refund Issuance & Timeframes
We will notify you immediately once we have received and fully inspected your returned package, informing you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed automatically back onto your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card financial institutions may require additional processing cycles to officially post transactions. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return approval notice, contact us promptly at support@unipuzzles.com.
